Accomodation
We have arranged a contingent of rooms at a fixed reate at the Intercity Hotel Dresden, located in the city centre next to the main train station. Please book your room until August 9th 2026 using the code “SPP2377”:
The rates are set at 85 Euro for the night of Sept. 14th and 105 Euros for the night of Sept. 15th (both including breakfeast). Of course you are free to choose a different hotel but please keep in mind that we can reimburse only a maximum price of 100 Euros per night (excludig breakfeast).
Traveling costs
As usual the coordination project can cover travelling costs for every PI plus one research assistant per PI. The hotel costs have to be paid at checkout and will be reimbursed after the event together with the travelling costs (train tickets or gas refund when travelling by car) using our reimbursement form.
The coordination project will cover all costs for catering during the event and the conference dinner (excluding drinks) on September 15th. The get together on September 14th is voluntary and you’ll have to pay for food and drinks yourself.
